Bus Track is an advance AVL(Automatic Vehicle Location) solution using the latest in GPS,

GSM, RFID and Messaging Technology. Parents can receive SMS Alerts as per their

requirement e.g. 5 minutes before the School Arrives to the location of pickup / drop or

reaching school.

The solution delivers what every parents wants.. to know about the safety and information of

their child and above for a just Rs. 99 / month fee.

Stage 1

After the school signs up as a Member, Every bus will be fitted with

a Tracking device. All routes being used will be mapped out along

with the way-points / stops.

Parents who wish to avail this facility will fill in the registration form

in which the alert points will be marked. By default, 3 SMS Alerts

would be made available per day, however Parents would have the

option for additional at extra cost. Aone time registration fee of Rs.

150/- will be charged.

Stage 2

Stage 1 is expected to be completed within 45 days of signing and the system will be put on

test for 10-15 days on completion. At this stage, Parents will be requested to pay to the school

a quarter fee (99 x 3 months) and the service will be started from the beginning of the following

month.
