Instant View of Schemes
While an order is being taken, schemes are
instantly displayed to inform the
member, for example if a 1 for 1 is application
or a Rs. 15/- off on a particular product,
the member will get to k now while he is ordering
for the same. Moreover, such extra
information is also printed on the voucher.
Multi-Location Use
As ClubNet uses wireless Technology, the area
of catering can be defined anytime
ans anywhere. For example, on a Special night,
the Handhelds / Printers can be
moved to any location. The same would not
be possible for Computers based fixed
systems.
No limitation to number of Handhelds
operating
There is no limitation to number of handhelds
operating, unlike fix LAN systems
where number of nodes, etc depends on the
router / hub. Further, new handhelds do
not need any pre configuration. Simply take
it to the areas of operation and use it
directly.
Instant Error Check of Entry
ClubNet handhelds immediately report any incorrect
entry if updated in the master
database. For example, if an incorrect item
code is entered, the same is immediately
displayed to the user.
On Hand Reports
The Handheld can be used for various on-Site
reports for example, Item Code
Query, Order review, etc.

Our Handhelds occupy no table space, unlike

ClubNet handhelds works on its own environment

switching on, unlike any computer based environment

Wireless 2.4 GHz can offer data to be received
from over 2 Kms (pure LOS) and
150 Mtrs., which is not possible in a LAN network.

Also additional Covers are available to offer
complete operation under adverse
weather conditions.
Down-time
Computer based System, are dependent on various
components which make up
a computer (like the monitor, cpu, keyboard,
lan card, etc) which could be
malfunctioning and the know-how of repair is
only to technicians. Thus we feel the
down time would be much more unlike with ClubNet
any handheld can be used
anywhere without and pre-configuration.

any other contact based

increasing life of Card.

ClubNet can directly link it's transactions
to any database in the desired format
namely SQL Server, Oracle, MDB, DBF, CSV and
in the desired format.
Activation / Deactivation of Cards
ClubNet Cards are directly controlled within
the System. Hence, when the club
wishes to issue 1 Day valid cards or wishes
to deactivate any card, the same is
done immediately within seconds.
